    All payments are done via on-line credit card payments. Accepted cards are VISA, Mastercard and AMEX 

    Online payments are guaranteed through 3D secured site. Make sure your card is 3D secure compatible.

    If you are unable to complete registration with card, you have the possibility to get an invoice.

    • Cancellations on and before 90 days prior the conference will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
    • Cancellations on or before 60 days prior to the conference will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
    • Cancellations on or after 30 days prior to the conference will receive no refund.
    • 30 days prior to the conference the hotel becomes non refundable

    The service fee for all changes is ISK 5.000

    Cost for name change ISK 5.000

    Neither the organizing committee nor KOMUM conferences can be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuations.

    Payment policy – invoice payment

    If you are unable to complete registration with card, you have the possibility to get an invoice.

    If you would like to receive an invoice, please contact us at info@komum.is 

    Invoice is due withing 14 days from the date of the invoice.
    Billing address cannot be changed after it has been submitted.

    All bank transfers must be free of all bank cost.

    Additional charge of total ISK 4.500 is added to the invoice (administration cost).

    Q: The registration form only allows us to enter one session number. We are therefore wondering how to communicate that we are registering for two or more sessions?
    A: Please send the other numbers to info@komum.is

    Q: In case of multiple entries, how do we know which session number relates to which session?
    A: you should have the title of submission in your acceptance letter.

    Q: I am applying for funding to attend the conference and will receive confirmation after the registration deadline has passed. Will it be possible register late?
    A: Send e-mail to info@komum.is to let us know and we will work something out.

    Q: What is included in the registration fee?
    A: Included: Access to conference plenary and sessions, welcome reception, lunches and coffee breaks during the conference days.

    Q: Where can I find my submission number?
    A: the number is in the acceptance letter, abstract submission numer

    Q: I submitted a session proposal on behalf of several authors, do they all use the same submission number?
    A: yes
