We would like to share some important organizational details for those of you who will be presenting:
- Time Allocation for Presentations: Each paper is allotted a maximum of 30 minutes in a panel. We recommend planning for a 15-20 minute presentation to allow ample time for discussion and questions.
- Roundtables: Roundtable sessions may organize themselves differently, typically allowing each presenter 7-10 minutes to speak, followed by a focus on group discussion.
- Panel and Roundtable Organization: The detailed organization of each panel or roundtable is left to the presenters. If your panel was submitted without a designated chair, we kindly ask that you reach out to your fellow panelists to agree on the order of presentations prior to the session.
- Collaboration with Fellow Presenters: We highly encourage all presenters to connect with their fellow participants ahead of time. This ensures that everyone is aligned and that your panel or roundtable will run as smoothly as possible.
- AV Equipment: All presentation rooms will be equipped with a computer and projector. If you plan to use these facilities, please ensure that your presentation is saved on a USB drive and that you arrive a few minutes early to set up.
